We are on the lookout for an ambitious and skilled Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. Job Description:
This remote position is designed for a dynamic individual who excels in both business development and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving growth in a startup or small business setting. The ideal candidate is independent, self-motivated, and highly data-driven, ready to take on the challenge of scaling our business. As the business development manager, your role is to create the marketing plan from scratch, come up with the goals and measurements, and execute the plan. There is no existing process or marketing effort as the business has been growing by word of mouth only, and we are still able to grow the properties under management closed to 60 units.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth and market expansion strategies in a seed/small business environment.
Independently identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Utilize expertise in web marketing and SEO to significantly increase online visibility and lead generation.
Oversee and strategically enhance social media and digital marketing efforts.
Produce and analyze performance metrics to guide marketing strategies and business decisions.
Operate autonomously, managing projects and initiatives from conception to execution.
Establish effective processes for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on business and marketing metrics.
Stay abreast of market trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record in business development and marketing, particularly in a startup or small business setting.
Strong analytical skills with a matrix-driven approach to decision making.
High level of independence and self-motivation.
Robust understanding of web marketing, SEO, and social media management.
