Business Development and Operations Manager

Aesthete Automation is a dynamic start-up that caters to high net worth individuals, providing organizational and virtual assistant support by automating all recurring chores and tasks that take time away from business and enjoying life. We are looking for a motivated and versatile Business Development and Operations Manager to assist the founders in launching this business as employee #1.

Job Description:
As our first employee, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of Aesthete Automation. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded business professional capable of wearing multiple hats and contributing to various aspects of the business. In addition to the previously mentioned responsibilities, you will have the following duties:

Creative Branding and Landing Page Development:

Collaborate with the founders to design the company’s first landing page and branding.
Utilize technical and creative skills to create a visually appealing and user-friendly website.
Source and manage external talent or resources as needed to execute web design and branding projects in a cost-effective manner.
Technical and Creative Skills:

Marketing and Branding:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services to high net worth individuals.
Create marketing materials, including presentations, and digital content.
Launch and manage social media accounts and online presence.

Business Development:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, vendors and market trends.
Prepare pitch decks and presentations to attract high net worth clients and create partnerships with vendors..
Lead prospecting efforts to identify and reach out to potential clients and partners.

Operations:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with the founders to establish and implement business processes.

Hiring and Team Building:

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the business grows.
Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, or operations.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing tools.
Proficiency in Canva or Adobe suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
Past experience supporting high net worth individuals or working in a luxury industry is a plus.
Technical and creative skills related to web design and branding are highly desirable.
Ability to source and manage external talent or resources in a cost-effective manner.
