Job Summary:
The Business Development and Operations Manager for our Healthcare Staffing Agency will be responsible for overseeing the business development and operational aspects of the agency. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be able to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure the smooth operation of staffing services.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare staffing market.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency’s client base and market presence.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality staffing solutions and services.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions accordingly.
Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the staffing agency, ensuring efficient and effective deployment of healthcare professionals.
Monitor staffing levels and ensure appropriate staffing for client needs.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely and effective placement of qualified healthcare professionals.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead and motivate a team of business development and operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and individual development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in business development and operations management, preferably in the healthcare staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in using RingCentral, Google Sheets, LaborEdge and other relevant business tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Willing to work in US time zone
