Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development and Sales Specialist to join our women-led team. This role is perfect for individuals with outstanding English communication skills (both spoken and written), and a minimal accent. We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonuses, commission, and the exciting potential for you to lead and grow a dedicated sales team as our company expands. In this role, you’ll contribute to the company’s long-term strategic growth plans, negotiate business deals, and expand our B2B sales initiatives and corporate partnerships.

– Flexible hours [work in your time zone, but of course, when you are calling prospects ensure it’s during USA business hours] + medical benefits and paid time off + other perks (year end bonus and free products!). Hours are flexible, but we require daily outputs including weekends (Saturdays Los Angeles time off, which is sunday PHT. ) + adherence to weekly team meetings. Work hours will be recorded on Hubstaff. **MUST FOLLOW ALL DIRECTION TO BE CONSIDERED**

– Base Pay $600 + Commission. Generous commission structure with accelerators and room to exceed. Realistic work-from-home income of $1,000 USD per month, but High Performers can earn $2700 USD + per month.
– Unlimited/uncapped earnings
– End of Year Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

Direct Sales and Business Development:
– Actively engage in initiating, negotiating, and closing sales deals with potential retail partners, distributors, and corporate HR representatives.
– Identify and contact potential wholesale partners and creative corporate partnerships, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
– Manage existing partnerships and assist in order processing and logistics collaboration with operations team as necessary.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
– Strategic Phone Communication: Engage in smart, strategic phone calls rather than a shotgun approach, making an impact through effective communication.
– Engage in meaningful interactions that deliver value and build rapport.
– Conduct cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to establish successful partnerships.
– Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages + proposals and presentation to various organizations and distributors.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for sales client communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Strategic Growth and Outreach:
– Contribute to the company’s long-term strategic growth plans by doing market research, competitor research, and presenting new growth and partnership strategies on an ongoing basis
– Develop and implement business expansion strategies, including conducting research to identify new partnerships and growth opportunities.
– Represent the organization at industry virtual events to raise brand awareness

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
– Keep detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
– Generate reports on outreach activities, client feedback, and sales performance.
– Implement effective way to track prospects, leads, and sales through use of CRM tools
– Monitor and Track key performance metrics on the success of prospects, sales and campaigns.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development, or other similar roles, preferably with U.S.-based clients
– Demonstrable track record in business research and market analytics.
– Experience creating pipelines through outbound strategies and handling outbound leads
– Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields)
– Proven experience in sales, business development, and growth strategy.
– Confidence and resilience in phone communications.
– Positive client feedback and partnership success.
– Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
– Fluency in English, both in writing and verbally.
