Job Purpose:
In this role, you will contribute to the company’s long-term strategic growth plans, negotiate business deals, and expand our B2B and B2C sales initiatives and corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales and Business Development:
Actively engage in initiating, negotiating, and closing sales deals with potential private and retail partners, distributors, and corporate HR representatives.
Identify and reach out to potential private and business partners and creative corporate partnerships, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
Strategic telephone communication: Engage in smart and strategic phone calls instead of a shotgun approach, influencing through effective communication.
Engage in meaningful interactions that provide value and build rapport.
Manage cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create successful partnerships.
Craft personalized and persuasive outreach messages, proposals, and presentations to various organizations and distributors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer sales communication, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Strategic Growth and Outreach:
Represent the organization at virtual industry events to raise brand awareness.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Generate reports on outreach activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Implement an efficient way to track potential customers, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
Monitor key performance metrics on the success of potential customers, sales, and campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience as a sales manager, business development, or similar roles, preferably with US clients.
Proven track record in business research and market analysis.
Experience in pipeline creation through outbound strategies and handling outbound leads.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields).
Proven experience in sales, business development, and growth strategy.
Confidence and resilience in telephone communication.
Positive customer feedback and successful partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Technical Requirements:
Windows-based PC or Mac, professional headset, keyboard, and mouse.
Home office setup with a quiet work environment.
Noise cancellation software (e.g., Krisp).
Reliable electricity and high-speed internet.
Ability to multitask and use shortcuts/hotkeys.
Not compatible with Chromebook for remote work.
