Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Assistant for the world renowned Strategy and Networking Coach Gil Petersil to drive growth and expansion for our Strategic and Mastermind Coaching and Consulting firm. In this role, you will be responsible for various key areas, including community engagement, lead generation, client conversion, representation in meetings, collaboration with speakers’ bureaus and event organizers, podcast and interview participation, event booking, English communication excellence, marketing strategy execution, and online presence enhancement.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential coaching clients by researching and finding leads through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online communities.
2. Client Conversion: : Convert leads into coaching clients by building strong relationships, conducting consultations, and tailoring coaching solutions to meet their specific needs.
3. Client Representation: Represent our coach and consultant in meetings/discovery calls with clients, providing information about our services and value propositions.
4. Partnership Development: Collaborate with speakers’ bureaus, event organizers, and industry influencers to expand our network and explore new business opportunities, memberships.
5. Event Booking: Secure bookings for online and offline speaking engagements/ events/summits/speakers bureau to showcase our services.
6. English Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and partners.
7. Marketing Strategies: Contribute to the development and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
8. Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of our branding strategies.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
– Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
– A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
– Executive thinker and has the ability to research and find resources to maximize and 10x efficiency,
