About the Role
The role of Partnerships Administrative Assistant is critical as you support our growing partnerships team with a range of important tasks and initiatives. You will report to Jack O’Donnell, Co-CEO, whilst working closely with other members of the team.

Job Responsibilities:
> CRM Management: Updating our Hubspot customer relationship management (CRM) software daily to ensure it is up-to-date and providing key insights to management.
> Lead Generation: Researching prospective partners (including, but not limited to, law firms) and identifying potential leads or prospects through various channels such as company websites, Linkedin and industry databases, to support our outbound Partnership Development team.
> Accreditation Checks: Reviewing all prospective partner law firms that apply to become accredited and conducting accreditation background checks in accordance with our law firm accreditation policy.
> Presentation Preparation: Preparing presentations and other business development collateral, such as for our quarterly relationship review meetings with partner law firms.
> Other: Assisting with various data entry tasks related to our partnership activities.

Job Qualifications:
> Must be a Philippines Resident
> Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role.
> Available for Independent Contractor work, with a long-term interest in joining the team in a permanent capacity.
> Solid experience in lead generation, contact management, opportunity management, and reporting.
> Proficient in CRM management using software like HubSpot
> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document creation, data entry, scheduling, and email management.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders
> Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
