We are currently seeking an experienced Growth Hacker and Business
Development professional, ideally with 5-10 years of experience in
successfully leading a software-driven company to achieve significant
growth. We need someone who is a natural leader, capable of guiding
software development teams in creating product roadmaps and effectively
driving the Sales Division to implement go-to-market strategies. In
recent years, 3w has developed a wide range of products ready to be
launched in the market. These include custom programming applications,
SaaS, gaming apps for PC and mobile, and digital solution products and
services. Since 3w is in the early stages of a critical growth phase, we
are seeking an individual who demonstrates a strong sense of confidence,
exceptional presentation skills, and a high level of energy. Workaholics
are most welcome and preferred to join us, as we need individuals who
are willing to dedicate themselves and do what needs to be done for the
success of both themselves as well as 3w regardless if it’s a holiday or
a weekend.
