Business Development Associate

BizKit Technologies Inc. is an IT services and solutions company, specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource Information System (HRIS), web applications and consulting. We are a fast-growing team that optimizes our clients’ business systems and processes through digital transformation.

What we’re looking for

BizKit Technologies Inc. is looking for top-notch candidates that can potentially join our team as our next Business Development Associate. The BD Associate will help us increase sales by establishing a wide network of prospective leads. He or she will be reporting to our Sales Director and be our point person for the overall sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Specific responsibilities include:

-Define the company’s market positioning
-Conduct market and customer research
-Conduct competitor analysis
-Build a sales strategy and determine other possible sales channels
-Monitor and improve sales funnel
-Identify business and pricing models for current and new products
-Build a plan around sales target
-Upsell other products
-Work closely with our Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand ideal customers and how they relate to our products
-Develop and execute lead generation strategies to look for viable lead opportunities
-Represent the company to potential customers and conducting product demonstrations
-Develop a business plan that covers overall sales process from lead generation to closing
-Establish and nurture client relationships
-Ensure that sales KPIs are met each quarter

Who is the ideal candidate
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT or related field is preferred but not required
-2+ years professional experience in client-focused marketing (B2B)
-Preferably with proven experience in the field of selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
-Strong track record in end-to-end sales
-Experience in customer relationship management
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to travel 20% of the time
