Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The Business Development Associate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of WLDA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data to develop effective sales strategies.
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including online research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
* Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
* Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our products and services to address their specific needs.
* Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process. Must have CRM experience
* Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns and strategies.
* Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and business development activities regularly.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
