The position is for a Customer Service Representative to act as a Client Concierge by managing the inbound calls and staying in touch with all the leads in the pipeline. You will mainly be in the database doing manual outreach through text, email, and voice calls. You will update spreadsheets and help track the communications and the needs of the potential clients. The ideal candidate is excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and communicative. You are highly organized and self motivated. You love engaging with others and care about developing lifelong relationships with people.
Core responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming and outbound calls. (60-100 Calls Per Day)
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients in the pipeline through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by matching the client with the right next steps.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and objectives (1-3 appointments per week which should result in 2-3 closings per month)
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents using an easy and intuitive CRM. (Follow Up Boss / Chime)
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to uphold a no lead left behind objective.
You will also be in canva to update and manage all the templates to allow us to be more visible on social media and use weekly newsletters to stay in touch.
Manage and send the weekly newsletter.
Qualifications/Skills
3+ years proven customer support experience with experience specifically in a Client Service Role
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skillset
Familiarity with using a CRM and Google Suite.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
