In recent years, our client has expanded its business model to include a reseller program specifically designed for Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Merchant Providers. This program aims to empower local businesses and entrepreneurs by offering them the opportunity to resell our client’s high-quality LTE services, thereby enhancing their service offerings and expanding their market reach.

Through this reseller program, our client provides comprehensive support and resources, enabling resellers to deliver exceptional internet services to their clients. This initiative not only supports local economies but also accelerates the adoption of high-speed internet in areas that need it the most.

Position Summary
The Business Development Associate – Channel (BDA-CH) will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs). The ideal candidate will have a good background in channel sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the WISP/ISP landscape. This role involves providing WISPs with an overview of our client’s services and partner program, performing discovery to identify opportunities, and setting up demo appointments leading into the Partnership Agreement. Additionally, the BDA will handle all pre- and post-meeting follow-ups with WISPs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Acquisition:
– Identify, recruit, and introduce new Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP) to expand our client’s channel partner
network.
– Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve partner acquisition targets.

2. Outreach and Engagement:
– Conduct outreach to WISPs to provide an overview of our client’s services and partner program.
– Perform discovery sessions to identify potential opportunities and areas for collaboration.

3. Appointment Setting:
– Set up demo appointments with the WISP so the BDA-CH to present detailed solutions and partnership benefits.
– Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth transitions between outreach and demo presentations.

4. Demonstration Meeting:
– Conduct engaging and informative demonstration meetings with prospective WISP partners to showcase our client’s service
offerings and the benefits of the partnership program.
– Tailor each demonstration to address the specific needs and challenges of the WISP, highlighting how our client’s solutions
can drive their business growth and operational efficiency.
– Utilize compelling presentation materials and live demos to effectively communicate the value proposition and technical
advantages of partnering with our client.
– Answer any questions and address concerns raised by the WISP during the demonstration, ensuring a clear understanding
of the partnership’s potential.
– Gather feedback and insights from the WISP during and after the demonstration to continuously refine and improve the
presentation and partnership approach.

5. Follow-Up:
– Manage all pre- and post-meeting follow-ups with WISPs to ensure continued engagement and progression of
opportunities.
– Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell and deploy our client’s services.

6. Product and Service Knowledge:
– Maintain a good understanding of our client’s partnership program.
– Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership to partners.

Compensation Plan:
– Target Total Compensation: $1,190 USD per Month (Approximately ?69,698)
– Base Salary: Competitive hourly rate of $6.00 USD per hour (Target $1,040 USD per month)
– New WISP Partnership Agreement Commission: For each Discovery/Demo that culminates in a new Partnership Agreement,
a commission of $50.00 USD will be granted.
– Thirteenth Month Incentive: We will pay a 13th month incentive-based average of the entire annual compensation that
includes all commissions earned.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
– Good understanding of the Managed Services Provider (MSP) landscape.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Passion for technology and cybersecurity with a commitment to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
