Job Summary:
Dominion Group Au is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Target New Business Opportunities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Create and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and threats.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth.
Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
Act as a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.
Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market research findings.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Use CRM software and other tools to manage leads, contacts, and opportunities.
Continuous Learning and Development:

Stay updated on industry best practices and sales techniques.
Attend training and professional development programs to enhance skills.
Seek feedback and strive for continuous improvement in your role.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
