As founders ourselves, we understand that there are several challenges a startup founder faces in their journey including biases in decision making, information asymmetry, restrictive financing advisory and lack of resources. At AskRia, we actively aim on solving these Founders challenges and ensure their startups are operating efficiently and effectively.
**Role Description**
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
– Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions with their requirements.
– Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to demonstrate the value of our products/services to potential clients.
– Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals that meet both parties’ objectives.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Maintain a well-organised sales pipeline, tracking leads, prospects, and opportunities through the sales cycle.
– Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and results to the Founder.
– Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve our products/services and identify opportunities for growth.
**Role Requirements**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
– Ideally 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related roles.
– Strong understanding of the B2B sector and market dynamics.
– Experience working at a SaaS company is an added advantage.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent command over the English language,
– Proficiency in CRM software, Notion and other analytics tool
