The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers, able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, understands the value of relationships, and just as effective in training and influencing other sales professionals. They are also proactive in seeking out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
Job Responsibilities
Create and prioritize strategic target customer lists within a defined state/territory with support from the Senior Director, Business Development.
Leverage strong prospecting and business development skills to generate incremental revenue opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.
Maintain expected metrics of outbound calls and targeted emails to increase the number of live conversations per day.
Provide qualified lead information to the team’s sales representative to assist in account progression or sales pipeline acceleration
Job Qualifications
At least 5yrs of proven sales experience in business or a related area
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and non-technical real estate concepts clearly and concisely
Proactive, organized, and able to handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
Strong knowledge of sales growth and effective sales techniques
Strong business acumen that translates to an enthusiasm for the Company’s growth potential
Job Perks and Incentives
Starting hourly rate of Php 346.16 or a monthly average of Php 60,000
