Spaces to Places is looking for a proactive passionate professional, who can constantly monitor the market and source business opportunities.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our competitive position.

Responsibilities in more detail:
• Understanding Spaces to Places market, services and offerings to integrate to business development strategies (to be provided in first 3 months as part of the training programme)
• Manage the development of client-specific pitch materials (online system in development)
• Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Participating actively in LinkedIn and web research activities to create target companies to market to.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Spaces to Places consultants and Founder/CEO
• Monitoring news to build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer/prospect information.
• Oversee and manage Hubspot, data management, contact qualification, classification and updates.
• Maintaining lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution and results.
• Continuously seek ways to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Research, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven track record of business development
• Extensive knowledge of data research and management
• Should have sound knowledge of finding emails and validating.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
