The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in expanding our market reach through strategic outreach to contractors, interior designers, and direct consumers. Your primary goal will be to build and nurture relationships that convert to client referrals and sales, propelling our business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for outreach to potential clients, including contractors, interior designers, and direct consumers.
Conduct cold outreach efforts via email, phone calls, and social media to establish new business relationships and promote our range of products.
Provide exceptional follow-up to all leads and inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including kitchen cabinets, shower doors, flooring, and other materials, to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize the sales funnel.
Track and report on outreach efforts and sales results, continuously refining strategies for improved performance.
Achieve and exceed set targets for appointments, referrals, and sales, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen, bath, or related industries.
Proven track record of successful business development and cold outreach.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up consistently and effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for virtual communication and sales.
Willingness to learn and become an expert on our range of kitchen and bath materials.

A competitive hourly rate of $4-$6 based on experience, plus generous commissions and bonuses for appointments set and sales closed.
