Marina Media is currently recruiting talented Business Development Manager to increase its book of business. We primarily work with local business, small and medium and provide them with a full service marketing solution and technology. We are also their remote marketing department.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Remote Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities through strategic online channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in digital marketing or lead generation, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at building relationships in a remote work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Lead Generation:**
– Utilize online platforms, social media, and other digital channels to identify and engage potential clients.
– Conduct market research to identify industry trends and target audience needs.
– Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
2. **Prospecting and Outreach:**
– Reach out to potential clients through email campaigns, cold calling, and other digital communication methods.
– Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
– Customize outreach strategies to align with client needs and pain points.
3. **Business Development:**
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and collateral for business development purposes.
– Present our services to potential clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.
– Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. **Client Relationship Management:**
– Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities.
– Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the internal team for continuous improvement.
5. **Reporting and Analysis:**
– Track and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation and business development.
– Provide regular reports on progress and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in business development, digital marketing, or lead generation.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
