About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDR/Sales Manager to lead the establishment and execution of a robust sales process for our innovative B2B service platform. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the successful introduction and adoption of our new platform to targeted business clients. Your ability to develop, implement, and refine an effective sales process, along with your track record of generating sales and building a strong sales pipeline, will be crucial to the growth and success of our sales department.
Responsibilities:
– Design and construct a comprehensive sales process tailored to the unique features and benefits of our B2B service platform
– Develop sales strategies and tactics to effectively communicate the value proposition of the service platform to potential clients.
– Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations that highlight the platform’s capabilities and benefits
Sales Execution and Pipeline Building:
– Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and lead generation techniques
– Proactively engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively position our service platform as a solution.
– Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM software
Sales Performance and Team Leadership:
– Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue goals of the organization
– Provide leadership and mentorship to a growing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
– Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Departmental Growth and Strategy:
– Demonstrate the ability to sell and build a sales process that will serve as the foundation for the growth and expansion of the sales department.
– Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales strategies, incorporating market insights and competitive analysis.
– Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions
Qualifications:
– Proven track record of successful B2B sales and business development
– Strong experience in developing and implementing sales processes from the ground up, with a demonstrated ability to drive results
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client engagement and team collaboration
– Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving ambitious targets
– Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
In addition to the hourly rate, we are also providing a highly lucrative commission.
