**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new clients and managing relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive sales experience, excellent networking skills, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in the optometry sector.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs for call services, back-office administration, and billing and filing.
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
– Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
– Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in optometry and BPO services.
– Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote My Business Care Team.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven track record of success in a senior sales or business development role, preferably in the optometry or healthcare BPO industry.
– Extensive network within the optometry or healthcare sector.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Willingness to travel as needed.
