**Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Business Development to join our team. This pivotal role requires fluency in English, the ability to work US hours, and a strong background in data scraping, sales management, and business development strategies. As the Manager of Business Development, you will lead a team of 3-5 employees, manage cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outbound efforts, and cold calling initiatives for our ecommerce and software development agency. You will serve as the right hand to the CEO, with opportunities to earn commission and grow within the company.

**Responsibilities:**
– Lead and manage the Business Development team, setting goals, providing mentorship, and ensuring performance targets are met.
– Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company.
– Utilize data scraping techniques to gather relevant market intelligence and identify potential leads and opportunities.
– Oversee and optimize cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling efforts to generate new business leads and partnerships.
– Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to align business development initiatives with company goals and objectives.
– Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
– Actively engage with potential clients, building and nurturing relationships to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

**Requirements:**
– Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven experience in business development, sales management, and team leadership.
– Strong proficiency in data scraping techniques and tools for lead generation and market research.
– Demonstrated success in running cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outbound efforts, and cold calling initiatives.
– Ability to work US hours and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
– Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
