Level Up Outsourcing is seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by generating leads, setting appointments, and effectively managing client follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of supporting the Sales Executives in closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships. There is also potential for this role to develop into a Sales Representative in the future if you are successful with the BDM role.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute unique strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and organic marketing efforts.
Schedule and manage appointments for the Sales Executives with potential clients to discuss their outsourcing needs and how our services can meet those needs.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify further business opportunities.
Support the Sales Exec to prepare and present proposals that effectively communicate our service offerings and value proposition.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to market.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
Utilise CRM system () to manage sales pipeline and client communications effectively.
Tracking key sales metrics to ensure KPIs are being met.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the outsourcing or marketing industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
Proficient in (or similar), Slack, and Justcall (or similar).
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Desire to grow in the role and within the company to a sales rep or sales manager.
Highly organised.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
