About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Business Development Manager Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and market segments for business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Create and execute sales strategies to meet company goals
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
• Attend conferences, events and exhibitions to promote our company and services
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis and business development
• Attending to customer queries via phone, email & social media platforms as needed
• Participate in professional development sessions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business/Sales Development Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Zoho or any other CRM)
