Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, the primary role is to help drive the company’s services on a global scale to deliver on KPIs and goals for the company. To work closely across departments for developments and optimization to accelerate the company’s growth and positioning as a global partner in outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying and prospecting opportunities by actively seeking out potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify target markets to pursue.
• Building and maintaining client relationships by establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients. Engage in strategic networking, attend industry events, and leverage their connections to expand the Company’s client base.
• Sales and revenue generation by responsibly driving sales and generating revenue for the organization. Develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement business development strategies by creating and executing comprehensive business development plans aligned with the organization’s goals. Identify key areas for growth, devise strategies to penetrate new markets, and explore partnership collaborations to expand the company’s reach.
• Collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Management Support to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and optimize the overall business development process.
• Develop a clear and compelling business case analysis and rationale for opportunities and proactively lead a joint internal planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with client relationship building.
• Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation, and closing. Manages sales pipeline to assign clients, from acquisition to long-term partnership.
• Quickly possessing a constant detailed understanding of BOSS’ business, services, client portfolio, digital platforms, client engagement landscape, business ecosystem, and key innovation areas.
• Explore and provide feedback to stimulate additional buy-ins from partners in various lead-generating platforms.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development within the BPO industry.
• Experience working in a start-up company is a plus.
• Strong understanding of BPO services and solutions.
• Familiarity and experience using lead generation tools and applications.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at the executive level.
• Willing to work on-site during the probationary period. Headquarters: San Pablo City, Laguna.
• Can work on a graveyard schedule.
