Our team of dedicated professionals has been providing expert consulting services for over 11 years. As we look to expand our business, we are seeking professional and experienced help to drive our growth.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities via market research, building and maintaining our website, testing various SEO and landing pages to determine the most appealing approaches for clients, and driving the growth of our consulting services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and business development, preferably within the consulting, medical device, document control, or quality management sectors. Part-time to start with the opportunity for full time employment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand our client base.
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the medical and industrial device sectors.
– Build, maintain, and optimize our company website to enhance online presence and client engagement.
– Test and analyze various SEO strategies and landing pages to maximize client attraction and conversion rates.
– Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
– (Optional) Manage business operations.

Qualifications:
– MBA degree is required.
– Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the consulting sector. (medical device, document control, or quality management industry knowledge a plus)
– Experience with website development, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
