Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will be involved in contract negotiations, developing proposals, and delivering presentations to prospective clients.

You must be available to call between 9 am and 6 pm local West and East Coast US time. Please be advised this is an English-speaking role and you must feel comfortable communicating on a Native level.

Your Responsibilities

Cold call and win new business
Analyze market data to develop strategies for business growth.
Maintain a database of potential clients and leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
Regularly follow up with existing clients to identify new opportunities and address concerns.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally.
Set and achieve specific business development targets and KPIs.

What We Look For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and website design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Experience in the web development or online marketing industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
