Business Development Manager

We are a growing company specializing in retail and distribution in the United States. We are seeking an effective Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing beauty brand team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be results-driven, and have a passion for beauty and skincare. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and establishing relationships with pharmacies and beauty stores, promoting and selling our products, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including beauty salons, spas, and retailers
Promote and sell our products to clients, including conducting product demonstrations and providing product information
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
Attend trade shows and events to promote our brand and products
Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance to the management team
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing strategies
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Other relevant tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Proven professional work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role preferably in the beauty industry
Proven track record of achieving high sales target
Must have a passion for beauty and skincare
Hands-on experience and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software
Solid organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to use a time tracker software
Must possess excellent communication skills (English required) and can multitask
Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work as an effective team member
Must be a self-starter and resourceful
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to solve problems with less to no errors

This is for a full-time position and the pay rate is $10/hour (excluding bonuses). The work schedule is from Monday to Friday and you must be willing to work in different time zone.
