Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role is crucial for the expansion and success of / Remote Tech LLC in the competitive BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
• Identify and research potential clients in target markets (United States, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and promotional materials.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and client feedback to senior management.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and promote / Remote Tech LLC.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of outsourcing and the BPO industry is highly desirable.
