Position Overview

As a Marketing Manager/Marketing Consultant with Manufacturing Experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products/services within the manufacturing network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and Customers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
Participate in global exhibitors to increase product portfolio.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital content, to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of RFQ, Proto samples, Product Validation, receiving purchase order, successful completion of audit and revenue growth.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, customer market performance, new business opportunity and customer retention.
Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with global brand standards.
Stay aggressive to capture the market opportunities and grow the company revenue at equal proportion in our diversified market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience 5 to 6 years in marketing management or consulting, with a focus on the manufacturing sector.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
Must have a strong network with Automotive and Non-Automotive OEMs segment.(Preferably: White good appliances/Home Appliances, EVs, and Kitchen appliances etc.,)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics software.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
