**Sales and Business Development Manager for a Premier Fitness Company** **Company Overview**:

We are in search of a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team and elevate our outreach. **Position**: Sales and Business Development Manager

**Location**: Remote (Preference to candidates from the Philippines) **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct targeted outreach to homeowner associations (HOAs).
2. Follow up with corporate CEOs, HR departments to cultivate relationships and generate leads.
3. Develop, nurture, and expand new business opportunities.
4. Organize and coordinate events to showcase our offerings.
5. Act as a virtual assistant to the CEO: managing calls, helping streamline the business pipeline, and organizing daily tasks.
6. Ensure prompt collection of dues and payments.
7. Generate and send invoices through QuickBooks.
8. Maintain a clear and organized email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
9. Leverage technology to streamline processes and ensure efficiency. **Qualifications**: –
Minimum of 5 + years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, and client relationship management. –

Proven ability in meeting strict deadlines and exceeding high expectations. –
Tech-savvy with proficiency in QuickBooks, CRM tools, and other relevant software.
– Exceptional written and spoken English.
– Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and drive.
– Stable internet connection, reliable equipment, and a conducive work environment.
