Business Development Manager/Bidding Specilist

We are a dynamic Canadian-based IT company called iQansoft, specializing in web development, app development, digital marketing, and SEO. We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Bidding Specialist to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager/Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and bidding on new projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. You will work closely with our team to understand our services, target clients, and competitive advantages, and use this knowledge to develop winning proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour
Review project requirements and develop proposals that meet the needs of our clients
Collaborate with our team to develop competitive pricing and delivery schedules
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and build rapport
Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements with clients
Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services
Track and report on the status of projects and proposals
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or bidding
Proven track record of successfully winning projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with web development, app development, digital marketing, and SEO is a plus
