About the Position:
LeadOrigin is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our digital marketing services to prospective clients. The successful candidate will possess strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and technologies, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring the terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
• Close deals with prospective clients endorsed by the appointment setters
• Conduct thorough market research to understand clients’ needs, competition, and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Present and demonstrate our digital marketing services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and development, to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in digital marketing sales, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex concepts to clients.
• Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and web analytics tools.
• Ability to understand clients’ business objectives and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development in the digital marketing field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
