We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our digital marketing services to prospective clients. The successful candidate will possess strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and technologies, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities:
• Strategic Business Engagement: Lead the charge in identifying and cultivating partnership opportunities to bolster our digital marketing business.
• Relationship Management: Craft and nurture relationships with new and existing partners to scale our business footprint.
• Project Planning: Employ critical thinking in the planning process to guarantee the success of our projects.
• Sales Excellence: Meet and surpass sales targets by executing well-defined business development strategies.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with both external and internal teams to maintain a seamless flow of communication and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in digital marketing sales, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex concepts to clients.
• Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and web analytics tools.
• Ability to understand clients’ business objectives and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development in the digital marketing field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
