In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, sales expansion, relationship management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to:

Market Analysis:

– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the European travel and tourism industry.
– Analyze customer behaviour and preferences to tailor products and services accordingly.
Business Strategy Development:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for expanding the company’s presence in the European market.
– Identify target markets and segments, and outline strategies for market penetration and growth.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

– Prospect and acquire new clients, focusing on establishing partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Product and Service Expansion:

– Identify opportunities for expanding the range of travel tour products and services.
– Collaborate with the product development team to introduce innovative offerings aligned with market demands.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

– Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
– Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

Contract Negotiation and Deal Closure:

– Lead negotiations for contracts and partnerships with clients, suppliers, and collaborators.
– Ensure favourable terms and conditions that align with the business objectives.

Collaboration with Marketing:

– Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
– Leverage marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract a broader customer base.

Budget Management:

– Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
– Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

– Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities.
– Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management:

– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
– Identify and mitigate potential risks
