We seek an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead revenue growth by engaging with our target audience, primarily property managers, on LinkedIn through the strategic use of Sales Navigator, impactful email campaigns, and effective cold-calling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement robust business development strategies to increase revenue.
-Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key decision-makers in the property management sector.
-Craft compelling email campaigns to initiate meaningful conversations and showcase our janitorial services.
-Execute strategic cold-calling efforts to build relationships and secure new business opportunities.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client acquisition.
-Utilize your expertise to build a robust pipeline of potential clients within the property management and other sectors.
-Leverage your persuasive communication skills to articulate the value of our janitorial services effectively and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of potential clients.

Requirements:

-Proven track record of successfully increasing revenue in prior business development roles.
-Demonstrated expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach.
-Strong proficiency in crafting engaging and effective email campaigns.
-Exceptional cold-calling skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

A base salary will be provided to ensure financial stability.

Performance-Based Commission:

-Earn a commission based on the total revenue of each lead you develop that becomes clients.

Tiered commission rates to reward higher performance:

-Achieve and surpass 100% of target: [X]% commission
-Exceed 125% of target: Additional [Y]% commission on the incremental revenue

Quarterly and Annual Bonuses:

-Receive bonuses for consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Client Retention Bonus:

-Earn a bonus for maintaining strong client relationships, measured by client retention rates.
