Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the BPO sector, with a focus on selling services to business clients in North America. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
-Market Research and Analysis:
-Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients in North America.
-Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
-Identify and prioritize key accounts and industries to focus on for business development.

Client Acquisition:
-Identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:
-Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Account Management:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
-Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Collaboration and Reporting:
-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and service delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client services.
-Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the BPO sector, with a focus on North American markets.
-Strong understanding of BPO services and industry dynamics.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
-Strong closing skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to travel as needed.
