**Role**
Tykono Studios is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager. This role is crucial in finding and securing clients for innovative video ads. Responsibilities include generating leads, engaging potential clients, and converting them into profitable partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience in mobile gaming, apps, and e-commerce. Use your expertise and fresh approach to strategically find, engage, and convert leads.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Generation and Conversion:** Employ strategic methodologies to discover potential leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities
2. **Industry Awareness:** Stay updated with the latest industry trends and insights to effectively position our offerings and drive sales
3. **Sales Material Creation:** Develop compelling pitch decks and promotional materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients
4. **Collaboration with Design Team:** Work closely with our design team, integrating clients’ needs to enhance the quality of our service and offerings
5. **Competitor Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive research on competitors to understand their strategies, offerings, and positioning. Use this information to refine our own sales and marketing strategies
6. **Coordination with Production Teams:** Collaborate intensively with our creative production teams, coordinating efforts and exchanging constructive feedback to ensure alignment of goals and maximize overall effectiveness
**What you will be selling:**
– User-generated video ads for mobile games and apps on various ad platforms
– Narrative videos for engaging ad campaigns
– Video ads enhanced with After Effects post-production
– Playable ads for interactive previews of games and apps
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
– Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
– A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales is require
– Has a successful track record in sales management within U.S.-based tech companies
– Demonstrates proficiency in media buying strategies and digital marketing, driving business growth optimally
– Has a proven ability to create and execute effective sales strategies
– Is a native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Thrives in a culture that values openness, autonomy, and responsibility
– Exhibits a high level of self-motivation and has the ability to complete tasks efficiently, even under pressure
– Is familiar with communication and collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
– Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn, leveraging the platform for networking, lead generation, and brand promotion
