ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time remote role for a Business/Sales Development Representative.
We’re looking for an experienced & high-performance cold prospector and appointment setter.

You will have a lot of prior experience in a similar role and a proven track record of booking meetings, or you will have a very strong track record of getting results in every position you have worked in.
This is really important.

If you are not an accomplished appointment setter who can come in and start contributing and getting results in short order, this role is not for you.

You will be paid a bonus of $100 USD for each meeting that you book plus you will be paid a competitive base salary.

You will have your own proven methods to deal with objections, get past gatekeepers and more generally navigate the lead qualification process.

You will be able to leverage your own proven frameworks and methods in this role by combining them with additional sales training and subject matter training.

Cold calling will be the primary channel you will utilize to fill up your pipeline.

Cold Email, responding to inbound emails, Linkedin and other social selling tactics will also play a role.

You will be working in the capacity of an SDR for our (Cyberaktive) client’s businesses – these businesses are MSPs and Cyber Security Service providers and they target a range of business types from law firms to manufacturers to charities and everything in between.

Eventually, you will also be working in the capacity of an SDR for Cyberaktive’s own prospecting and lead generation activity.
This is a full-time role, working on US Central Timezone.

Salary: $600-$1,000 USD/mo

Sale Bonus: $700 – $1,000 USD

REQUIREMENTS (APPLICANTS MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS)

– Minimum 1 year experience where you have consistently booked meetings/closed sales

– Have you consistently hit or beat targets / KPIs in prior positions

– Do you have proven methods to move prospects down the sales funnel? We are not looking to provide sales training, just training about what you will be selling. So if you are not an accomplished seller or appointment setter, please do not apply.

– Have you started scheduling appointments or making sales within 2 weeks of starting previous jobs?

– Can you provide 3 professional references who can speak to us about your excellent performance as an appointment setter or seller (we will want to know about sales & appointments that you set)

– Clear spoken and written English (professional level or Higher)

– Experience in the IT, Managed Services and/or Cyber Security industry is a bonus, but not essential. Your will initially be prospecting on behalf of an MSP/Cyber Security company.
