EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to fuel our company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in lead generation, partnership development, and executing effective webinars. Additionally, this role requires expertise in ads management, customer-facing calls, and cold calling techniques. Proficiency in key software platforms such as , LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Zoom is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Utilize advanced prospecting skills to identify potential leads through research, social media, and outbound cold calling. Employ for efficient lead generation and engagement.
– Partnership Development: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships by reaching out to potential business allies via LinkedIn, demonstrating the value of collaboration.
– Webinar Management: Organize and manage informative webinars using Zoom, from planning and promotion to execution and follow-up, to engage potential clients and partners.
– Ads Management: Develop and oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms to boost brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
– Customer Relationship Management: Engage in customer-facing calls to understand client needs and build strong relationships, using HubSpot CRM to track interactions and progress.
– Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to inform targeted strategies. Leverage insights from LinkedIn for industry trends and networking opportunities.
– Performance Tracking: Utilize HubSpot and for tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of business development activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

NON-NEGOTIABLES:
– 3+ years of experience in business development or a similar role, with a strong track record in lead generation, ads management, and customer facing relationships.
– Demonstrated success in customer-facing calls and cold calling.
– Proficiency in , LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Zoom is required.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
– Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
– Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
