We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to join our team and help us expand our impact.

Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a vital part of our growth strategy, generating qualified leads and arranging meetings between our CEO and potential clients. This role is perfect for a proactive, highly motivated individual with experience in outbound sales and lead generation within the B2B SaaS sector.

Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to B2B SaaS founders and CEOs to generate interest and qualify prospects.
Identify and research potential clients, understanding their challenges and needs.
Schedule qualified meetings for our CEO with high-potential prospects.
Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate notes on prospect interactions.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and enhance lead generation strategies.
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and lead generation.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong english language verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
Ability to understand and articulate complex B2B SaaS solutions and their benefits.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite and lead generation tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
Experience in the North American market is necessary.
