Adapex is a leading Adtech and Adops Consultancy, working with nearly 1K US online publishers to maximize their revenues. We pride ourselves in offering state of the art solutions with full service follow-up to keep our publishers happy and growing. Thanks to this approach, we are also growing rapidly, and looking for someone to join our team to bring on more publisher partners. Therefore, we are looking for a Publisher Development Specialist who will be responsible for signing strategic partnerships with digital publishers and Channel Partners.
The position requires a comprehensive understanding of Business & Growth Development with building and executing on a pipeline of new online properties: from initial calls/emails to contract signature. The candidate will be presenting our company, products and solutions in depth and with the technical expertise it needs to develop leads into accounts and secure long-term business with Adapex customers.
What you’d be Doing:
– Identify targets
– Qualify key decision makers within the targets
– Establish business relationship between Adapex and premium online publishers
– Conduct sales approach to effectively communicate
– Adapex’s value proposition
– Manage Sales Pipeline
– Work towards attainable quarterly sales targets and meet or exceed these goals, while negotiating the terms of agreements and completing business negotiations
– Attend industry events and leadership forums
– Provide constant input and market feedback in order to fuel product innovation
What we’d like you to have:
– Experience business development
– An existing book of business and/or existing relationships with digital publishers is a big plus
– Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including data strategy and monetization
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
– Very strong customer relationship skills, ability to develop, grow and manage client relationships
– Proficient with CRM and Google Suite
– Proven track record of exceeding targets
– Highly self-motivated, proactive, ambitious, and passionate
– Experience in closing deals
