**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and engage potential leads on LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.
– Nurture existing leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
– Maintain and update lead information in HubSpot.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and business development.
– Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
– Strong proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook) for lead generation.
– Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
