Job Title: Business Development Representative (Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls and emails. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 50 prospecting calls and 50 emails per day to potential clients.
• Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Research and target prospects in specific industries or verticals.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Track and report on prospecting activities and outcomes using HubSpot
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services to prospects.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
• Experience in the IT industry or knowledge of IT services is a bonus.
