Job Description

**Location:** Remote (Full-Time, US CST Hours)

**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (with 1-hour lunch break)

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and fluent English-speaking Business Development Representative to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in identifying, reviewing, and tracking potential software development projects for our company to bid on. You will utilize tools like Google Sheets, HubSpot CRM, and LinkedIn to manage leads and follow-ups. This position offers unlimited commission opportunities based on the value of deals you bring in.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Identification and Review:**
– Research and identify potential software development projects.
– Review project requirements and determine suitability for bidding.
– Track and organize potential projects using Google Sheets.

2. **CRM Management:**
– Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and track all business development activities.
– Enter and maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, contacts, and project statuses.

3. **LinkedIn Engagement:**
– Use LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients.
– Send messages and follow-ups to nurture leads and build relationships.

4. **Communication and Collaboration:**
– Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients and team members.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on business development strategies.

5. **Commission and Reporting:**
– Earn unlimited commissions based on the value of deals you bring in.
– Regularly report on business development activities and results.

**Requirements:**

– Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Experience with Google Sheets and HubSpot CRM.
– Proficient in using LinkedIn for business development purposes.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Prior experience in business development or sales, particularly in the software development industry, is a plus.
