Job Title: Business Development Representative
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays 9:00am – 5:00pm EST
Salary: USD $1000/month + Commission

Job Description:
We’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Representative with at least 3 years of
client-facing experience. Your goal is to spur business growth by identifying potential partners,
engaging them through well-researched outreach, coordinating meetings with our executive
team, and nurturing these relationships to foster referrals over time.

Responsibilities:
– Identifying partners who can refer agency clients, engaging them through
well-researched and personalized outreach primarily on LinkedIn, Google Searches and
Clutch.
– Utilizing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn for effective research, connection,
and engagement with potential partners.
– Coordinating and facilitating meetings with the executive team and potential partners.
– Effectively managing our CRM pipeline, tracking and nurturing leads throughout the
partnership cycle and updating the deals accordingly.
– Building and nurturing partner relationships over time, driving strong client referrals
– Watching and taking notes from recorded meetings and updating the CRM with new
tasks and reminders.
– Manage an inbox by communicating with clients on executive teams behalf.
– Must update progress in a dashboard and report on KPI’s

Requirements:
– A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Business Development or a similar role.
– Proficiency using HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
– Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills to effectively engage and
influence potential partners.
– Required: Experience in executive email marketing or account based marketing
– Knowledge and experience in the software industry, particularly within web development
agencies, is a MUST!
– Availability and willingness to operate within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone.
