Job Description

CSAF is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity, focusing on supporting our clients with their business development needs. The primary responsibility of this role is to work directly with our clients, helping them optimize their business development strategies and improve their conversion rates. The successful candidate will be a driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in business development and client support.
Owned Responsibilities:

– Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business development needs and challenges.
– Implement and optimize business development strategies on behalf of the client, aiming to enhance their lead generation and conversion rates.
– Engage in outbound sales activities, email campaigns, direct mail, and social media outreach, representing the client’s brand and values.
– Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the client’s internal sales team, ensuring a seamless handover of information.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
– Analyze sales data and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients to help them understand their BD performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and recommendations with clients to enhance their BD efforts.
– Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong commitment to client success.

Skills and Qualifications:
= 2+ years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
= Proven ability to drive business development strategies and improve conversion rates.
= Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent client brands effectively.
= Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
= Experience using CRM software.
= A positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
= A commitment to delivering excellent client service and achieving sales targets.
