Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) based in the Philippines. Your mission will be to engage with inbound leads effectively, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments for our Account Executives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our continued success and growth by directly contributing to our clients’—schools across the US—expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Engagement & Appointment Scheduling: Your primary role will be to follow up on inbound leads with efficiency and empathy, understanding each prospect’s unique needs. You will schedule appointments with our Account Executives, acting as the bridge between potential clients and the solutions we offer.
2) Insightful Customer Communication: You’ll communicate directly with school administrators, understanding their challenges and aspirations. By leveraging your communication skills, you will guide them toward solutions that can enhance their institution’s growth, making you an invaluable advisor in their journey.
3) Collaborative Strategy Execution: In coordination with our marketing team, you will ensure that the engagement strategy for each client is tailored to their expectations. Your role in maintaining a smooth workflow and meeting deadlines is critical to our collective success.
Requirements:
1) Native-Level English Proficiency: Your ability to communicate in English must be impeccable. We’re looking for someone who can engage with US-based prospects in a manner that is natural, convincing, and empathetic. Your writing and speaking skills should reflect a deep understanding of US cultural nuances and colloquialisms.
2) Strategic Analytical Skills: A successful BDR must possess the ability to quickly analyze lead data, identify opportunities for engagement, and tailor communication strategies to meet diverse needs. Your insights will drive the success of our outreach efforts.
