Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to help us reach and engage potential clients. The successful candidate will use email and social media (e.g. LinkedIn) to outreach to prospects and must be proficient in using HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo, or willing to learn. This role requires a deep understanding of lead generation in the SaaS/cloud business software industry.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO/VA
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.
Can work graveyard (US EST hours) and full time
English language proficiency and a strong internet connection
Laptop or computer of your own
Attention to detail

COMPUTER MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

CPU: Intel or AMD with at least i5 processor
RAM: 8 GB and above
Internet with minimum upload and download speed of 10 Mbps
Internet and device backup is a major plus

NICE-TO-HAVE:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
Previous experience or work using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or G2.
Proficiency in CRM management
Previous experience in lead generation
Data entry expertise
Ability to do calls if needed in the future
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Analyze data/reports and ensure compliance with the applicable metrics
Research and identify potential new clients
Generate leads and facilitate communication emails
Collaborate with marketing and sales on responsive leads
Generating leads: Identifying and reaching out to potential new customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and social media.
Qualifying leads: Evaluating the potential of new leads and determining if they are a good fit for the company’s products or services
Identify best practices to refine our lead generation
Responsible for adding qualified leads to the CRM.
Ensuring fresh prospects are in the pipeline
Ability to build lead generation processes from scratch.
