Wadic is Hiring Business Development Representative (Remote)
Position Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at our software house, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and nurturing opportunities to ultimately secure new business for our software products and services. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our software solutions can address their business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
– Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
– Conduct thorough research to understand the target market, industry trends, and competitors to tailor outreach strategies and messaging.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
– Initiate contact with prospects, qualify their needs, and educate them about our software solutions.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their pain points and aligning our offerings to their requirements.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
3. Opportunity Management:
– Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
– Effectively manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and ensuring timely progression of opportunities.
– Conduct regular follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and build trust.
4. Market Intelligence:
– Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and differentiate our offerings.
– Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance our positioning and product development strategies.
5. Sales Support and Reporting:
– Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales collateral, proposals, and contracts.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
– Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Requirements:
– Proven experience of selling IT Services
– Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role within the software industry.
-Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, software development, business, marketing, or any related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and build relationships.
– Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to influence decision-makers.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Familiarity with software development processes and industry terminology.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Budget: 50,000 PHP – 60,000 PHP
Timing: 09:00AM – 06:00PM (US Mountain Time Zone)
