Key Responsibilities:
CRM Database Management:
Regularly update and maintain our CRM database to ensure accurate and organized client and prospect information.
Cleanse and organize data to support sales and marketing efforts.
Relationship Building:
Proactively establish and nurture relationships with potential clients through various channels, including direct outreach.
Focus on understanding client needs and aligning them with our services.
Sales Support and Collaboration:
Generate leads from the CRM database to support the sales team.
Schedule meetings and assist in the preparation of materials for client presentations and proposals.
CRM Optimization:
Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of the CRM system.
Ensure the CRM serves as a robust tool for sales tracking, reporting, and client management.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Client Engagement:
Engage with existing clients to nurture relationships.
Understand ongoing needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
Proven experience in business development, sales support, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and database management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of trends and market dynamics in Latin America.
